Update plumbing and electrical system. Creation of new bedroom upstairs with stair access. General winterproofing.

Frames fitted, doors hung. Skirting and architrave made on site, fitted. Walk-in wardrobe fit-out. Bathroom fit-out including enclosed cistern unit in walnut. Floating sink and toilet. Upstairs landing, staircase and sitting room laid in brushed oak. Laminate flooring laid in three rooms upstairs.
