Installation of velux roof windows. Strip old greenhouse roof and replace with new multi-wall polycarbonate sheeting. Tile garage roof. Replace pond liner under sod on porch roof. Update plumbing and electrical system. Creation of new bedroom upstairs with stair access. General winterproofing.
